The 2026 Valentines Bonspiel was held on February 13th through the 15th.
The curling was fun, the costumes were amazing and a great time was held!
The Creston Curling Club has been hosting the ladies’ Valentines Bonspiel since 1963. Held annually on the weekend prior to Valentine’s day the cash spiel welcomes all women curlers from the Kootenays and beyond. It’s a weekend of fun and friendship that includes costumes, a draw to the button, Friday social event, and Saturday banquet. Curlers are guaranteed four games with cash awards for each win as well as for overall winners of the four final events. Entry fee is only $340 and that includes the Calcutta.
